Frequently asked questions and answers about the Online Intensive German Course

On our online intensive course page you will find an explanation of the respective language levels. Based on this, you can classify your language level and book your online intensive course with the desired language level in our online store. After the booking is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the free placement test. Please process this immediately. We will place you in the right course for you based on the result.

Booking and taking the course from abroad is possible in principle. You can also participate in online coaching from abroad.

Once you have completed the booking in our online store, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to the free placement test. Please process the placement test immediately. After evaluation of your result and assignment to the appropriate course, you will receive an email from us with the necessary course and access data.

As soon as you have submitted your registration via the registration form, you will receive a confirmation mail from us with a payment link and all important information about the next steps. Click on the link to make your payment. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a booking confirmation and a link to the free placement test. Please process the placement test immediately. After evaluation of your result and assignment to the appropriate course, you will receive an email from us with the necessary course and access data.

After completing the order in our online store or after registration you will receive a confirmation email. For the time being a place will be reserved for you for 5 days. As soon as we can record a receipt of payment, your place is secure. If we are unable to receive payment after 5 days, the booking will be forfeited. If a course consists of less than 5 participants, ZGS Bildungs-GmbH reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case you will receive an alternative course offer from us or we will refund your money.

Payment in the online store

After you have added a course to your shopping cart in our online store, you must first enter your contact information. By clicking on the "Next" button you will get to the different payment methods. There, please select a payment method that suits you best. After completing the payment process, you will receive an email confirmation with an overview of your order as well as the link to the placement test. As soon as the money is on our account and you have passed the placement test, you will receive an email with your course data and the link with your login data to your online course room.

Payment after registration

After you have filled out the registration form, you will receive a confirmation mail with a link for payment. Via the link you can then choose different payment methods. As soon as the money has been credited to our account, you will receive a booking confirmation and the link to the placement test.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after completing your order or registration, please feel free to contact our support via the contact form.

You will receive the access data for your course from us by e-mail 3 days before the course starts.

There are no classes on public holidays. The cancelled lessons cannot be refunded or made up.

Cancellation of the course is possible up to 14 days after booking in the online store. If you have already participated in the course during this period, you will be charged for the lessons already given. Cancellation in case of illness is not possible after the cancellation deadline (14 days after registration).

You can rebook your course for another date free of charge 14 days before the start of the course, provided that a new date has already been set.

If you fall ill after the free rebooking period has expired (less than 14 days beforehand) and are therefore unable to attend the course, we will offer you the opportunity to rebook the course for another date free of charge upon presentation of a medical certificate. If you become ill during the course, a rebooking is unfortunately no longer possible.

If our instructor is ill, the course will be held with a substitute instructor or we will offer make-up dates.

At the beginning you can choose in the online store or in the registration form how many weeks you want to attend the course. If you book only one course and then realize during the course that you would like to attend a follow-up course, you can book a course again in the online store. Here you can select whether you have already participated in an online intensive course at iQ. In such a case, please select "YES".
